I going to start my running schedule from tue to fri daily - 6.15pm to 7.15pm.
Monday is futsal day from 7pm to 9pm weekly.

Running route - run from lorong ah soo to upper paya lebar road then to tai keng gardens then to my secret fitness workout on a small hill then run thru the private estates back to my place.
I need to get in shape within two weeks thats my resolution for now.
