Teflon Coating - Specialized In Singapore.

Teflon Coatings

We offer the basic types of Teflon Coatings :-

  • Teflon PTFE :- PTFE ( Poly tetra fluoro ethylene ) non stick coatings are two - coat ( primer / top coat ) systems. These products have the highest operating temperature of any fluoropolymer ( 290oC / 550oF ), an extremely low co-efficient of friction, good abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance. PTFE is water base system.

  • Teflon FEP :- FEP ( Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene copolymer ) non stick coatings melt & flow during backing to provide non porous films. These coatings provide excellent chemical resistance. In addition to low friction FEP coatings have excellent non stick properties. Maximum use temperature is 205 o C / 400 o F FEP is water base system.

  • Teflon PFA :- Like FEP, PFA ( perfluoroalkoxy ) non stick coatings melt and flow during baking to provide non process films. PFA offers the additional benefits of higher continuous use temperature ( 260oC / 500o F ), film thickness upto 1000 micrometer ( 40 mtrs ) and greater toughness than PTFE or FEP. This combination of properties make PFA an excellent choice for a wide variety of uses especially those involving chemical resistance. PFA is a water base system.

  • Teflon ETFE :- ETFE is a co-polymer of Ethylene & Tetra-fluoro ethylene, and is also known as Tefzel. Although not fully fluorinated, ETFE has excellent chemical resistance and can operate continuously at 150 o C / 300 o F. This resin is the toughest of the fluoropolymers and can be applied at film builds upto 1000 microns ( 40 mtrs ) to provide a highly durable finish.

  • Teflon - one coat :- These solvent base liquid coatings are formulated with special blends of fluoropolymers & other high performance resins to improve toughness & abrasion resistance, because the film component stratify during baking, most of the fluoropolymer properties such as low friction & non stick characters are retained. The resin provide adhesion & abrasion resistance. These products can be applied to smooth clear metal.

  • Teflon - S Dry Lubricant :- Dry lubricant coatings are special versions of Teflon-s technology designed to provide lubrication under high pressure / velocity ( PV ) conditions. These are solvent base one coat systems.

  • Teflon SF :- Soluble fluoropolymers, the newest of the fluoropolymer technologies which are uniquely different. Dissolved in special per fluorocarbon solvents, these coatings are designed for thin film applications, ranging less than 1 microns - 5 microns.

Pagi Sore was started in 1989 first located along Duxton road. Moving around ever since, now we have settled down at 88 Telok Ayer Street, Far East square. Wood and earthly colored materials are used for the overall restaurant. Our staffs are dressed in specially designed fabric from Indonesia with a touch of tradition but refreshing to give you the feel of modern living. We serve authentic Indonesian cuisine. The origins of our recipes come from all over Indonesia. From Java to Padang and Bali. Over the years we have perfected the way of preparing our dishes by injecting it with a little Chinese culture. We have also noticed the importance of healthy dining in Singapore and reduced the amount of msg, coconut milk and oil to the minimum. At Pagi Sore we emphasize a great deal in service and quality of our food. Only the freshest ingredients are used and prepared upon order to serve up dish after dish of fabulous Indonesian cuisine. We are a halal restaurant, run by Muslim owners themselves. We offer in-house-buffet (dinner) as well as ala-carte. A restaurant that you dine in regularly or with an occasion to celebrate. We have a VIP room that can cater to 30 people for a party or function.

Ikan Otah Kukus
Ikan Otah Kukus: Is one of our specialty dishes. It's very popular among our customers. It's steamed leather jacket fish, the leather jacket fish has almost no bones at all therefore it's easy for the children as well. Delicately marinated with spice paste and coconut milk. Steamed under a frond of sweet potato leaf, it resembles a milky otah. Steaming hot when served, fresh slivers of white fresh meat, smooth and fragrant, we are sure this dish will give you the reason to come back again.

Cumi Bali
Cumi Bali: The tantalizing seafood dish. It's char-grilled squid. Most places that serve a similar dish will prepare this dish over fire that's fueled by gas. However, here at Pagi Sore we char-grill our squid with charcoal. This way it brings out the flavour and adds a smokey taste to it. It's blackened due to the sweet and spicy sauce over it. This dish tastes sweet and just a little spicy, with texture that can't be beat.

Ayam Bali
Ayam Bali: Using a piece of boneless chicken meat, we marinate it with a sweet and spicy sauce. Then slowly grill it over hot charcoal till perfection. Giving it a charred black look and the aroma brings you back to the outdoors. Tender and juicy, we bring to you one of our house specialty Ayam Bali.

Asam Fish Head
Asam Fish Head: We take pride in the freshness of the fish head we use. It's spicy and sour. Half a fish head swimming in clear asam gravy with ladies fingers, tomatoes and brinjal. For those who have a taste for hot and spicy food this is one dish not to be missed.

Turung Tau Chio

Turung Tau Chio: Every morning we prepare a special receipe of salted beans, diced chili and garlic. This dish is call turung tau chio. We boil the brinjal in oil just for a while before fishing it out and top it with the gravy. The brinjal is soft and with the aroma of the gravy it's simply worth a try.

Petai Udang Pedas
Petai Udang Pedas: Other wise known as smelly beans to the natives of Indonesia. However do not be turned off by it's name, in fact these beans has an unique taste somewhat like bitter gourd only for the acquired taste. It's stir-fried with sambal and fresh prawns. Cooked upon order, served hot, it taste sweet and spicy.
